All items must be paid for within 24hrs of winning. All items must be picked up within 10 days of the auction ending. After 10 days from the end date of the auction, there will be no refunds regardless of the condition or the availability of the item. If an invoice is not paid in full or an item is not picked up from our store within 10 days of an auctions end, the items will be considered abandoned/ forfeited. BinMayhem reserves the right to re-list/resell any and all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited. We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.

All Items start at $5 regardless of the retail value. They may be times we have pallets on the auction that we have to start at a higher price point.

If you win any items, your credit card will be automatically processed at the close of the auction for the amount of the winning bid(s), buyer's premium (of 7%), and local tax. We do not offer tax exempt or tax-free sales.

No Returns, No Buyers Remorse. Please carefully examine the photos and the description prior to bidding. If an item is not described correctly, please contact info@binmayhemknoxville.com with photos and your contact info.

All claims must be submitted within 10 days of the auction ending. Any claims made after this time will be denied.

Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to: Apparel, Shoes, Food, Salvage pallets, Factory Sealed Products, Pet Food and Toys, Paper Products, Health and Beauty, Pallets or any item that is noted as being non-refundable in the listing.
